Mall of the South celebrates #LivingTheUpside.

This Heritage season, Mall of the South proudly continues its commitment to community upliftment by supporting Momo’s Upliftment Centre, a safe and empowering space providing skills training, care, and support to vulnerable women and children in the South.

The campaign carries the theme, Our Children, Our Heritage, Our Happiness, celebrating the vital role that children play in shaping our future while encouraging the community to live the upside together.

From the 1^st of September 2025, shoppers and community members are encouraged to Drop & Donate essential items into the donation box available in the centre on Level 0, Entrance 2. Contributions can also be delivered to Centre Management prior to the launch date. Requested donation items include children’s clothing, baby formula, nappies and toys.

Momo’s Upliftment Centre provides a safe and empowering environment for women and children, helping them gain skills, support, and opportunities to thrive. We are honoured to partner with them this Heritage Month and call on our community to join us in making a difference.

As part of the celebration, Mall of the South encourages shoppers to get busy #LivingTheUpside, together uniting for heritage, happiness, and community care. There will be exciting prize giveaways this coming September, follow us on social media for all the details.
